FAQ
RSVP questions
How do I RSVP for the wedding?
You can RSVP right here on the website 🍄
Can I RSVP by message or email instead?
No. We need you to RSVP here so that we can keep track of everything in one place. We don’t want anything (or anyone!) to get missed.
What’s the RSVP deadline?
No later than 2 months before the wedding: 17th August 2026.
Can I update my RSVP after submitting it?
You can update your RSVP as many times as you like up until the RSVP deadline. To update your RSVP, follow the same steps as you did the first time.
What should I do if I can no longer attend?
You can update your RSVP here on the website. We’d also love a message on Signal / WhatsApp to let us know you won’t be coming.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Maybe! If we’ve invited you solo, you should have the option to request a +1 when you RSVP or edit your existing RSVP. We’ll let you know if it’ll be possible.
Can I bring my children to the wedding?
We are only able to invite the children of our family and the wedding party. Sadly, there isn’t enough capacity at the venue to accommodate all the little ones in our lives on top of the adults we want to attend.
I didn’t receive an RSVP confirmation – what should I do?
That’s strange! Please message us on Signal / WhatsApp and we’ll double-check for you.
Accommodation
We’ve set up a page to help with choosing accommodation 🖤
The big day
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Semi-formal. No t-shirts, jeans or trainers, please!
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
The whole day will be at WestWeelde. The address is:
Klönneplein 4, 1014 DD Amsterdam.
What time should I arrive?
14:30, please. 15:00 at the absolute latest.
How do I get to the venue?
WestWeelde (and the surrounding ‘Westergas’ area) is easy to reach from all over Amsterdam, from Sloterdijk and even from Haarlem. Public transport is available and we also have Uber and Bolt if you prefer those.
Is parking available?
Q-Park Westergasfabriek is really close-by. It’s around a 5-minute walk from WestWeelde. We recommend booking in advance.
Should I bring a gift?
This is definitely not required.
If you do want to give something (thank you!), you could make a contribution to our honeymoon fund. You can do this either in cash or virtually – we’ll provide a way to do that at the reception.
Alternatively, we know a few of you are crafty and love to make things. If you’re wanting to make us something, we know we’ll treasure anything you create.
Requests and accessibility
How can I let you know about my accessibility needs?
You can tell us when you RSVP or drop us a message anytime.
Will there be vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meal options?
All of the food served will be vegetarian. If you have other dietary requirements please let us know when you RSVP.
Miscellaneous
Are you planning any additional activities (meet-ups, drinks etc)?
We aren’t sure yet! It depends how long most people will be in town for. If we organise something, we’ll let you know.
